Can I give direct second year computer engineering exam without going college after Diploma.

No you can not give the direct 2nd year computer engineering exam after the Diploma. The attendance criteria of Engineering college is very strict and students are required to maintain minimum 75% of attendance in order to become eligible for the end semester exams.
