Can I give examof. IPS ANS IAS after 10+2 class non medical?

I have 76% marks ( non medical) in 10+2.

No.Not as of now. However you should begin your preparation now. Eligibility is as follows- Candidate should be Graduate Age limit is between 21 to 32 years for unreserved category as on Aug-1 of that year when you are planning to take CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION.
