Can I give IIT JAM Biological Sciences if I didn't have maths in 12th?

I had Physics, Chemistry and Biology but not mathematics in 12th standard. I'm pursuing B.Sc. Life sciences for graduation. Am I eligible for IIT JAM to pursue the integrated Ph.D. programme in Biological Science or biotechnology from IISc Bangalore?
