Can i give improvement exam from IGNOU or NOIS?

I am passed class 12th from UP board in 2012. But my persentage is low. I wish to improve my class 12th marks. Can i give class 12th improvement exam from IGNOU or NOIS? If yes, then what is the prosses to apply for class 12th improvement? give full detail
