Can I give JEE Mains entrance while pursuing B.Sc?

You can obviously opt for B.Sc, but it won't help you like you are expecting. First, the reason you may think few days later that the subject you opted is nice, you will try not to avoid it and will read in detail which may affect your preparation for JEE. Secondly, you have to read the three paper PCM equivalent to secure a good rank in JEE. So, it's better you join any test series for JEE and try to study at home or if you are not sure of yourself, then opt B.Sc. And appear for JEE which will ultimately give no benefit.

Of course, you can give JEE Mains exam along with B.Sc. But, my advise is not to go with B.Sc. Yes, I know some people will say that it will help you out in JEE exam but you should be aware of the topics and content of B.Sc. It is vast and huge and very different from the JEE exam. If you are confident enough to do good in JEE exam you should take drop for a year and prepare hard definitely it will give you better result. Ofcourse you can prepare for JEE Mains exam while pursuing B.Sc. But in this case you have to do very proper and precise time management, and one thing you should keep in mind that B.Sc. Exam took place after JEE exam, so after giving JEE Mains exam you might have lot of burden and pressure to finish the topics for upcoming B.Sc. Exam. Hi Madhu, Yes you can definitely give JEE Mains along with pursuing B.Sc. It is acceptable if you wish to give JEE Mains exam when pursuing B.Sc. Course as there are many students who does the same and get selected. Good luck.
