Can I give JEE Mains next year if I take admission in any NIT this year? I have got 116 marks in JEE Mains.

Yes, you can. One can give JEE Mains for three consecutive years and JEE Advance for two after class 12th. You can always change your college after first year, if you get desired rank. With 116 marks it's not possible to get any NIT. You can try for other colleges.
