    Yes. They only need graduation whatever be the field and university it doesn't matter.

    Yes, you can give MPPSC or any exam after taking private college or university, because the only need is a graduation degree.

    You only need to be graduated from any stream and any University private or government you will be able to give MPPSC exam.

    You only need to be graduated from any stream. Private or government college doesn't make any difference.
