Can I give NIOS 12th exam despite having passed 12th from a CBSE and having completed Bachelors degree?

I gave my class 12th exam in humanities in 2013. I have completed by Bachelors in psychology but I wish to pursue medicine. I want to give 12th boards with science stream. Is it possible to do that with NIOS? Will my previous board records be erased if this is allowed?

    Hi,
Class 12th through NIOS is equivalent to passing 12th through CBSE, ICSE or State Board. Depending on the subjects in class 12th, all the options will be open for you. NIOS has a diverse choice of subjects and based on your interest and what you would like to do in the future, choose them with care. The books prescribed are also made very scientifically, allowing for studying on your own. So, don't worry and choose subjects of your choice and clear them. Yes, you may get better placements.

    Hi,
Yes, it is possible. You can give 12th boards again in science stream. You don't really have to think twice before doing it. You can study at any age you want to. Studying has no age limit.

It is possible to clear your 12th again with NIOS. It won't be erased but will show your inconsistency and confusion. You must also be aware of exams like NEET which you must clear to study medicine. Learn about the upper age limit, etc.
