Hi The SAT pattern has changed in May 2016 so you need to apprise yourself of the changed pattern first. The SAT scores are valid for 5 years so yes you can take it in 10th or you may go for PSAT which will prepare you better. Here is the info http://www.manyagroup.com/psat-pattern
