You can apply for SSC CGL (combined graduate level) exam when you are graduate or apppearing in final year but before applying make sure that your result must be out. Otherwise at the time of final selection there might be a chance of questioning when you read the notification you will be come to know about this. But in short prepare for the exam as early as possible you can apply for other exams as well like SSC CHSL MS and many more. So prepare hard be, passionate about what you want to do and have back up plan, do not be rely on one thing as competition is very high.
