Can I give TOEFL just after completing class 12th or after completing graduation? I am currently pursuing class 12th.

Yes, you can appear for TOEFL after 12th and graduation depending upon admission eligibility requirement. It's up to eligibility requirement of the university you are applying for if they need you to have a TOEFL score for UG admission then you need to go for after 12th else you can go for after graduation for PG admissions.
