ToEFL and IELTS ARE VALID ONLY FOR TWO YEARS. Hence you do it before you plan to go abroad

Dear Madhvi, Yes, you can appear for TOEFL after 12th and graduation depending upon admission eligibility requirement. It's up to eligibility requirement of the university you are applying for if they need you to have a TOEFL score for UG admission then you need to go for after 12th else you can go
