Can i go abroad for studies later without a degree ?

Hi Digvijay,
As per the limited knowledge I have about studying abroad, if you are planning to study masters in a country outside or otherwise, you require a minimum of a graduation degree from a recognized University and also need to qualify the admission procedure required.
Hence a degree is impo
