Can I go ahead with Symbiosis distance PGDBA? What is the difference between MBA and PGDBA? I want to do MBA in finance.

Both are good.
PGDM is an Institute autonomous program which is approved by AICTE
MBA is a program which is affiliated to a University.
Colleges which offer AICTE approved courses will also offer PGDM not MBA, for example XYZ College is affiliated to ABC University they offer MBA course affiliated t

MBA degree is generally awarded by the university and is a UGC accredited course. Whereas, a PGDM is an autonomous course conducted by the institute and may not necessarily have UGC recognition. Many govt. jobs also may not recognise it as being equivalent to a Master's degree.
