Can I go directly to the 3rd-year of B.Sc from the 1st-year?

No, you might not be permitted to jump directly to 3rd-year after your 1st-year exams. You will have to study your 2nd-year like everyone else. You can check with the admission or other relevant authorities in your institute. Regards.
