I think, you should not go for 3rd attempt. You have already given yourself a second chance, in which you had decided to study hard, based on the experience of 1st attempt. But, you couldn't do well in 2nd chance in spite of having clear in mind that you have to do something better than 1st attempt. Now, even if you give yourself one another chance, is there any guarantee that you will score much better? No, right?
