Can I go for B.Sc in computer science after doing 12th from commerce? I am interested in IT/software.

Normally, a student's whole future orientation is fixed by the subjects chosen for 12th. In your case it's commerce. Therefore I am afraid you will have to stick with commerce.
But I would like to point out to you that commerce, today has the highest probability of getting job or starting off as an entrepreneur.
