Can I go for Canadian Diploma or bechlor after completing Diploma from india?

Currently, I am in a Diploma (software engineer) 5th semester. My current CGPI is 8.52 and I failed in 12th. After completing a Diploma I get 12th pass Certificate. With good marks can I be eligible for a Canadian Diploma or bechlor?
