Can I go for correspondence BE in civil after a Diploma in civil engineering?

Hello, Supreme Court of India cancelled all engineering degrees obtained by distance education means. This ruling still stands. Hence my sincere advice is not to indulged in spending money, time and energy on this way. One can always do AMIE after Diploma and its equivalent to degree for all practic
