Hello,
Yes, you can join CS course but it is very hard to you, so you have to learn basic commerce or learn 12th standard commerce which is help you understand CS. Thanks.

Yes, you can go for that but in this case you are not clear with the basics, so no issues in that you can pursue your graduation with CS course along with that.
