Can I go for Diploma in graphics design course after taking5 years drop after 10+2.
I obtained 57% in 12th Science after I did Diploma in computer engineering of 2years but I dropped out.

Yes, you can do that. The 5 years of gaps is not an issue if meeting the age and other criteria. Please write about the college name for more clarity.
