Can I go for ethical hacking course after my MBA in HR and marketing?

It will be very difficult as both the courses are poles apart.

Yes, you can go for ethical hacking course also but it will totally change your field of study and career. And moreover scope in ethical hacking is very less as of today than in HR. It all depends on your interest.

I think if you have completed BCA/B.Tech in IT or CSE or did any IT/networking course after graduation and keen to pursue your career in SW/networking with prior handful knowledge of computer then you can think for ethical hacking provided knowing it that your MBA degree will not add anything here i

Yes, the knowledge of programming language is required. In addition to that, you should have the knowledge of computer networking, both practical and theoretical.
