Yes, you can. The minimum eligibility criteria to get into fashion designing is 50% in 10+2 with English as a compulsory subject. Fashion design is a form of art dedicated to the creation of clothing and other lifestyle accessories. Modern fashion design is divided into two basic categories: haute couture and ready-to-wear. Hi, Yes, you can go for B.Design (fashion) after 12th. The eligibility for B.Design (fashion) in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 and you might have to qualify some entrance test of the university (it may vary with the university you choose). The main aim of this degree is providing extensive input in both the design and technology which is necessary to begin a career in fashion industry. It will be advisable if you do your degree from a well-known university and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding industrial exposure and professional enhancement training. The NIFT entrance exam is one of the most popular exams carried out by the National Institute of Fashion Technology as for the admission to various courses related to fashion.
