Can i go for graphic designing after B.E.? how can i imagine growth with it?

I have done my engineering in electronics and instrumentation with 1st class in 2013. meanwhile doing B.E. i realized that i should have gone in Creative field like animation like graphic design. so, now can i switch to dis field ? will it be suitable for me? how can i imagine growth with it ?
