Can I go for higher studies after completing this course? Is this valuable? Difference between 4 years integrated & doing MBA after BBA?

I have completed my 12th and joined for BBA in AIMS Bangalore but discontinued the college in a dream of studying integrated BBA+MBA from LPU. Now I am little confused too because my relatives and friends told this course is not valuable. But I have no other option because i don't have time.
