Can I go for higher studies in dentistry in Australia without ADC registration?
Is it mandatory to have ADC registration even to do a PG course in dentistry from Australia?

No. In any country without registration, you cannot do any clinical programs. You can go for non clinical programme, get yourselves registered with UG and then do your Masters.
