Can I go for Master of science in aviation after completing BBA finance?

Usually you cannot because you do not have the sufficient qualification to do so. You would have to do a Bachelors degree in aviation related course.

Well first of all, MBA is not master of Science. In the case of MBA, you might have possibility of getting admission. In the question you posted, you said you were trying for M.Sc. Aviation, which for you might not be possible. But MBA you could do.
