Can I go for training and development program? I have done MBA with major in HR.

Human resources is surely an area that involves training and development. So, yes indeed you are eligible to go for it. I would also suggest you to be a certified trainer in say soft skills especially so business communication and leadership, development and all. You can then feel the field much clo
