Yes, you can go for it. Only it depends on the colleges that offer such integrated B.Sc and M.Sc programme. You can better take help from https://shiksha.com for finding those type of colleges.

Very few universities offer Integrated Msc after +2 in India. BITS Pilani, NISER offers a integrated M.Sc. Programme in basic sciences after 12 years of schooling. You may go ahead with Integrated MSc.
