Jitender, U need to have a language proviciency test for going to abroad countries. Even though some countires welcome you without that, i say take an IELTS, it wont do you any harm. it will help you in raising you language skill and by that your confidence

Hi, Please remember as the medium of education in Irish universities in English so all the international students whose first or native language is NOT english have to take IELTS test to prove their english language proficiency. IELTS has 4 section namely: - Reading. - Writing. - Speaking. - List
