Can I go to Canada with 5.5 bands and 3 years gap after 12th? Can you recommend some good universities in the same?

I got 5.5 in each (L, R, W and S) and an overall of 5.5 bands in IELTS. I had passed my 12th (arts) 3 years ago with 72%.
