Can I go to Northern Ireland or Canada for study without doing IELTS. What should I do for it?

I am in +2 with stream of humanities. I want to go to either Northern Ireland or Canada for studies after passing +2. Now, I only want to know that if I score 80% in English, can I go there without IELTS or is it compulsory to do IELTS for that?

Hi Rishav, Either IELTS or TOEFL is compulsory if you are planning to study abroad, particularly the countries you mentioned. You may still write to the universities and see if they can waive it off based on your scores. Otherwise check for English language pathway programs , please check with the
