I got 3543 in WBJEE. Also 61904 ranking in JEE Main.

Hi Ajay,
IEM is a private college, so there is no problem if you are from outside. As per your rank in WBJEE, you will easily get information technology in this college. Computer science engineering might be possible in spot or the last round of the counselling, but information technology is sure in first round itself. If you are determined for CSE, then you can go for Techno India Salt Lake, Haldia, Heritage, etc. -
You will easily get it till second round of WBJEE counselling in IEM-Kolkata. Chances are very less in CSE branch.
