Can i have a job in Corporate Sector or in IT company after doing DTP (Photoshop, Page maker, Coral Draw) like course

I have been working as a computer operator at a government office for last 2 years and have knowledge of MS Office 2007, 2010 and also going to do Tally (Accounting) and DTP (Photoshop, Page maker, Coral Draw) course to make myself more valuable for a future employee and to get a better job easily.

Chances are not very favourable but you still can start your own business, but being in government sector now, business shall not be registered in your name
