Can I have access to the study material of Chanakya IAS Academy for UPSC preparations?

I just wanted to know that is it possible for me to have access to the study material of Chanakya IAS Academy for UPSC preparations through courier and I shall make the required payment for it? Joining the institute and staying at Delhi is not a possibility for me,so may I expect for some help?
