Can I have animation as my life career? can I get into Hollywood in this situation? please, I need help!

Hi, I am Sam,m 18 and m doing b.com now, I live in India.I want to work as a vfx animator for Hollywood movies but I cant g abroad for studying .so is it possible for me to do the course in India and work in Hollywood?will I get opportunities? I need detailed information!
