Can I hope to get PESU in the second round ? I got bmsce my second preference. Pgcet rank 96.cut off is 92. ? How is BMS is it good?

No guarantee that u will get pesu in second round as demand is very much for pesu . So go for BMS , its also a very good collage with good placements after pesu.
