Can i improve the level of ielts through shiksha?

Last year i had done +2 with medical and i got 70% marks . Recently ,i gave ielts test and i acquired 5.5 band as 5.5 in speaking 5.5 in writing 5.5 in reading 5.0 in listeing ,currently i am very confuse about it ,Sir what i should do ?
