Hi Raghav, It is the policy of the university itself that what they include in a course as a subject. If physical education is there then you can opt for this subject.

Optional subjects like PE are not considered in best four subjects by most universities, you have to ask the college authorities directly for the concerned.

If it is not mentioned there then you cannot opt for it. You can ask from the college about the subjects of BA LLB as there is hardly any chance of additional subject.
