can i join 3D animation course without knowing english language and persuing graduation?

Yes dear this course needs your creative front and not the communication fluency however its not like that you don't have to interact in English but moderate communication would do

Though English is not a must for animation, you would miss out on the excellent books by great animators which help you learn the concepts. Do look for an institute where faculty would have read these books. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this. N
