Can I join a designing institute?
I got 70% in my 12th. I have already joined Automobile Engineering without my interest. I'm much more interested only in designing. But is it possible to join any college now? And please give deep insight of the course and fee structure.

I prefer that you should continue designing as your hobby and your hidden talent and then pursue a combined PG course focussing on both engg. and designing.sort of!
