can i join a good hotel management institue?

i did my 12th from an isc school science stream.i got 60% marks.i joind an engineering college but i am not intrested in science.due to parents i took admission in this college.but i hv decided that i want to become a chef.so please suggest me some good institutes. i am really worried and upset :(
