No, AIIMS Gorakhpur admissions are entrance based. Direct admissions are not possible in the university. The accepted entrance exam is NEET. A good score in NEET is a relative aspect as it depends upon candidates'performance and preparation level on the day of exam. Based on an overall estimate, a score of above 500 is considered a good score.

AIIMS Gorakhpur only provides admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses based on their entrance exams. For the MBBS course, admission is based on NEET UG scores. For B.Sc. /M.Sc.
