Can I join any European colleges to pursue a PG course in fashion designing after acquiring an international Diploma?

Hi Neha,
For any PG course, you must complete your Bachelor's degree. Diploma is UG level unless you are talking about a PG Diploma. Certain institutes may accept you for lateral entryway into their Bachelor's programs.
