Can I join any IIT or NIT via EAMCET or ECET?

You can only get admission to IITS and NITs through JEE Main AND ADVANCE that was conducted by NTA (National testing Agency), but not via EAMCET or ECET. You also have to fulfill the eligibility criteria of JEE Main and ADVANCE as by securing 75% marks in 12th by taking PCM as the subjects.

No, you can not join the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or National Institutes of Technology (NITs) via state exams like EAMCET or ECET.
