Can I join any NIT? My profile: 70% in 12th, 60 marks in JEE Mains 2018, CRL rank-172853 and ST rank-2652.

Your marks is low according your category. You have less chance to get NIT with this marks.
If you score 80+ marks in ST category, then you can get NIT easily.
