Can I join army special forces after completing MBBS?

Yes, you can surely join army force. The Government of India annually offers short term service commission for MBBS graduates. The post graduate degree holders in anesthesia, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, medicine, orthopedics, respiratory medicine will be given most preference.
The selected candidates gets posted in any part of the country in the army, navy or air force. Doctors who gets selected into the armed forces medical services will be granted the rank of Captain or equivalent rank as per the armed forces. -

You have not mention, if you are already completed MBBS. If you have not completed MBBS, then you can try to get into AFMC - Pune through NEET.
