For getting admission in College of Engineering Pune, you will have to wait for the announcement by the Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra, on their website for opening of registration for diploma holders for admission via lateral mode.     Yes, you can join it. For B.Tech all you need it 12th mark sheet. Diploma is an additional positive point you have with you which will help you at the time of placements.
