Can i join BBA/BBS after Diploma(polytechnic) ? because now i m looking for my bachelor degree in management. please help me.

Hi, i m a diploma student of batch 2010-11 looking for BBA/BBS, I've completed my diploma from MSBTE with 72.40% marks in IT(Information Technology). i have 6 month of work experience in BPO. can i join BBA/BBS after Diploma(polytechnic) ? plz help me as early as possible.
