BBA is a Bachelor's degree which required class 12th as its qualification. Both BBA and B.Com are at the same level.

For BBA, you need to pass out your 12th so there is no need to do B.Com before BBA, B.Com is a Bachelor's degree and BBA also is a Bachelor's degree. For both, you need to complete your 12th either from science background or commerce. Yes, you can join BBA.
